Diana was great! Attentive staff, great selection of food and wine. Sea bass tasted fresh and was cooked with perfection! I'll definitely swing by again if I ever lay over in Newark again!
If you wanted to find that perfect place where the food both looks and tastes like what you would imagine high-end catfood to taste like this us your place. Bad, but at least expensive too.
Airport food isn’t usually known for quality, but this place was not flavorful at all. Seriously, the chicken parmesan was tough and lacked any flavor (how is that possible? It’s fried AND has cheese), same with the spaghetti on the side. You order on a screen which is super weird and gross, too. Who wants a screen glaring you right in the face? Only plus, I was able to charge my cell phone before my flight. I would keep walking to find something better.....and the waitress just asked me if she could set dirty plates on the other end of the table while she put something in the computer. Also gross.
The in airport steak house is definitely worth a stop in if your travel schedule permits and if there is a table available when you show up. The food was very good for an airport experience. The serving staff was surprisingly helpful considering the number of people in the restaurant when we arrived. The ordering system may be a little difficult to understand if it is the first time you have used it but just ask a server. They are prepared to help.
Great breakfast, would have been great in any restaurant. Airport pricing, but well above airport quality.
The service was great, the food on the other hand was mediocre at best. The bacon, egg and cheese sandwich came out ice cold. I'll walk right on by this place next time.

EXCELLENT FOOD QUALITY!Yes, it is expensive. But it is a well cooked Italian meal. Waiter Daniel and manager Dario are excellent. Had a little time problem, they solved it quickly. Loved it.

Good was very good. Don't come for the service, as everything is self service. But there is a plug on every table. And you can pay with United Airlines miles.
Runs like a Swiss clock. There is a lady I think she is called diana always smiling, she’s everywhere. Great place

Not bad. Ordered eggs with a steak - pretty good for airport's food. Of course, 6 oz New York steak was not as jucy as a regular steak but eatable. Beer choice was not really wide but each draft was good.
Positives: Food was good. Steak was cooked appropriately and seasoned well.Negatives: Service. Had to ask for water, and it was never refilled. Had to ask for jelly for toast. Server visited when food came, and not again. You order on an iPad and tip before a server even comes to your table. They have metal forks but plastic knives... at a steakhouse.
Way overpriced. My friends and I ordered pasta for about 20 bucks and got about 10 bucks worth of food. It was pretty tasty though and the waiter was helpful with picking a good bottle of wine.
One Of the only Resturants That OTG Management Operates that is Actually taste half decent And is good at making food they are a outstanding service of cooking they make pasta dishes and stakes and breakfast Abruzzo is good quality food
Food was ok for on the go the silverware was dirty asked for new ones and the new ones was dirty also even the cups were nasty then it kind takes a while to get your food
Poor service and mediocre food at inflated prices sums this place up for me. Place-setting was dirty and incomplete, missing napkin and utensils. Water was not offered or provided. When my salad arrived, I had to take utensils from another open seat in order to eat. No one ever asked how my food was or if I needed anything else. Steak was cooked to the right temperature, but was pretty dry for a medium rare preparation. I don’t expect fine dining in the airport, but this place didn’t check even the minimum requirements especially at $102 for salad, steak, and one glass of wine. AVOID.
Food and tip are paid in advance on IPad and i think that is why the service is terrible. i had to wait 15 mins to ask for something and the server's attitude was really bad.
If I could rate this negative I would. The restaurant looks upscale but the food is dry, buns are stale. It was terrible. Avoid at all cost.
Sorry this one is not good. I ordered the Cobb salad. Not even close to what you would expect from a “real” restaurant or dinner.It showed up without the hard boiled egg and it looked sickly.Had to send it back. You will be better off buying a sandwich at the food court.Good luck.
We had brunch, it was pretty good and came out quickly. But we had bad service because we didn’t have water and our drinks didn’t come till we walked up and kept asking. I think the tablets take away from the service and ability to request hot sauce and Misc items.

My wife and I ordered Chicken Parmigiana whilst waiting for our flight back to the UK on 8-Sep-19. The oversized piece of processed chicken, pasta, sauce etc was cold and inedible. My wife's chicken was also still RAW in places. We immediately asked for the food to be taken away and received a full refund. The worst Italian restaurant we've ever visited. To be avoided at all costs.
Really a poor choice among lousy overpriced airport restaurants. If you like ordering food from an iPad in a sit down restaurant, you may like this business model. You make the selections on their iPad, you run your card (no cash accepted), and they add a 20% tip! For what? Servicing poor food and weak drinks. Find somewhere else, or another airport. This restaurant will forever remind me of how bad NJ can be!
Not fresh taste like last week fruit for 15 dollars
I entered because of the ciabatta burguer on the front door menu. Looked very good! It arrived as my friend was almost finished with her pasta. In a regular roll. The ran out of ciabatta and didn't bother to ask me if I was ok with it. The meat was overcooked, although I asked for medium. The manager offered me another one, again with a regular roll. After another long wait, it finally came. The burger was good, but the bread was burned. And the card was charged 3 times. They sorted it out in the end, have is the burguer money back, but apologies, not an "I'm sorry!". Definitely not the kind of service I expected.
Service was pretty good and ordering via tablet was a pretty cool experience.I had the spaghetti and meatball with a glass of wine. The food was alright. Probably couldve made a similar quality at home if not better.Price is on the medium to expensive side. Around $11-50 range.
The food was better than average but the service was awful. Waiter brought water, explained the iPad ordering and paying system and was never seen again. Quick in and out before a flight. The manager was excellent moving any waiting customers along.
Service is just ok, food is not.. Overly priced avocado toast and it didn’t even taste good. It came cold, bread not crunchy and very little avocado
This Bar is located in the court of Terminal C, it is nice, the worker here are friendly. I love the foods and drinks served here. Thanks for the service.
Good concept. Terrible execution. I ordered the beef carpacio and the beet salad. The beef carpacio was so thickly sliced that I sent it back (something I never do with food). I ordered the calamari since I thought something fried could not be messed up...but I was wrong. It was so bland that I requested extra lemons to amp up the flavor. The beet salad was also boring and I left feeling completely unsatisfied. This place is over priced and underwhelming. Save your time and your money and try your luck elsewhere.
Had breakfast here. Service was good but food was sub-par. I had the avocado toast which was made with an avocado mix straight from the refrigerator so the eggs turned super cold and the toast was wet.Not good. Not good value. Won’t be back!

No service and rip off
Overpriced, plain food, and staled wine.The basic pasta tasted like micorwaved can food, and it's almost $25. A 5oz glass of wine tasted like it has been opened for several days and it was $15. The only thing nice about it was the appearance. The restaurant looked clean and well deco-ed from outside.
Food was fine. Was it overpriced, yes. However, given the other options in the terminal, sometimes a bowl of pasta is what you need. They seem to do that just fine. While service may not be the quickest, given what you might expect in an airport it was reasonable and the staff were cheerful.
The service is constantly prompt, great character, super friendly staff. Will return again when I arrive here.
